Chavone Vibes LIVE Movement Classes are now in session!

These practices are designed to improve the flow of breath through the vital paths within you. These movements will increase your energy levels and decrease stress. You can feel this immediately! 

While also providing tools to help you manage anxiety, sleep, self-esteem and irritability, these movements can enhance many aspects of your life with their long-term benefits.

During these classes I will provide you with simple instruction so you don’t have to constantly look at your screen.

My signature class is an energizing, simple yet powerful flow that will leave you feeling rinsed and revitalized while at the same time feed your heart and soul. 

Every class is different as we progressively build a creative sequence of poses that climaxes into a fluid and energetic breath-centered flow. 

I won’t leave you to pre-recoreded videos to practice and figure things out by yourself. These live classes will hold you accountable and provide a space for you to show up, do you, so you can receive your desired results… for body, mind and spirit.
