To Be Awakened

Having an awakening can be a very draining process. However, the great clarity and moments of peace does not at all take away from the challenges an awakening can bring. Once you begin to awaken, the levels of unexpected transparencies come in the most bizarre ways. The harshness of the "truth" activates your body, mind and spirit in ways you could never have imagined or experienced.

It's normal when we first become awakened to feel excited by the idea that only thinking positively and ignoring everything else can turn our life around.

Yes this can be true, but it stops working when we let it get to the point of ignoring and dismissing  anything that feels uncomfortable, painful or inconvenient.

Simply saying "fear is an illusion" causes many people to disregard, dismiss and negate fear and focus away from it by using forced positivity

On my journey, I've experienced a multitude of awakenings. At one point, my consciousness allowed me to believe that once I experienced a couple of awakenings, the truth was grasped and would slow down after some point.  Yea right, I have had to expand my perspective of the awakening process…multiple times.

Using the spiritual idea that anything that feels negative is simply not true and you just have to focus on the positive gives no chance to actually help or resolve the issue.
Over time this can cause the part of yourself that is in pain or afraid, to try harder at getting your attention, by amplifying that same fear or issue until you bring your attention to it. The truth leads you to find the unconscious behaviors and wounds that keep you from connecting with your true self.

The truth, regardless of whether it feels good, actually holds important information that can be used to your benefit and towards your empowerment.
Naturally, your true self will continue to evolve as you grow and mature. The truth will always be a major resource, and guide on this journey.  By looking at the things that might be uncomfortable is to bring awareness and light to them, as well as to give you the opportunity to get the lesson you can use to move forward in the best way possible for yourself and your needs.

Not all things that feel negative are negative (as in opposition of what you want).  Likewise, not all things that feel good are good for you or are the only truth.

Tip - As you uncover your truth and unlock yourself on a deeper level, try to remain as grounded as possible. Grounding your energy into the present moment gives you the ability of seeing the situation from a higher perspective. Although this can be challenging, you are equipped to view the "truth" from a place of love, growth, healing, and enlightenment. The truth always trumps illusions.

Be patient with yourself and give yourself grace while on this journey of self-discovery and acceptance. The "truth" can be revealed at any time. It’s a matter of are you ready for the truth to be revealed? Trust yourself, trust the process, and trust in divine timing.

Until next time….

Peace & Flow
